We insure to you our customer that all of our products have been manufactured to the highest quality possible. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual or extended warranties on our products.
All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Tramore Furniture reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.

Return of Faulty Goods
Prior to returning the goods, please contact our Customer Service Team who will guide you through our returns procedure. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement. Goods must be returned within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe may vary from product to product and you will be advised of this by our Customer Assist Team.
Damaged goods:
Damaged goods must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Contact us with a full description and photographs of the fault, using our damaged items form. We will contact you to arrange repair, replacement or refund of your damaged items provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt of your items, or if a valid warranty period still applies.
Faulty goods:
Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods. Under Warranty: first instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item free of charge. Not under Warranty: first instance report the fault to us with a full description of the alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy.
Missing items:
On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery. On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing. On both the above instances replacement goods will be dispatched asap.

Mattress Return Policy
For hygiene reasons all mattresses once opened cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged with no exceptions.

We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange under this policy on the following items: gift cards, mattresses, pillows, built in furniture where installation has already begun, custom orders*

Tramore Furniture offers a 48 hour cooling off period on all items purchased in store that are not excluded from returns (Please see section above)

Pricing
All our products are made to the same high quality standards and in some cases made in the the same factories as many other established retailers throughout Ireland and Europe. By working with lower overheads and not taking large mark-ups we can achieve huge savings that we pass directly on to you.
Delivery
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated during/after sales. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time-scales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We recommend that you make arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been delivered and checked for damage. If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third parties claims.
